Return Exceptions & Denials

  • Due to hygiene and company policy, swimwear, underwear, and intimate apparel are marked as final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or price adjustment.
  • If you return a package that does not meet the above eligibility criteria (e.g., worn items, missing tags, expired return window), the return will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund, and the merchandise will be forfeited (we will not ship denied items back to you).
