Delivery Options & Details

  • Standard Ground Shipping: For orders over $150 USD, standard ground shipping is free with a delivery time frame of 4-8 business days. A shipping fee of $10 USD will be applied to standard ground orders under $150 USD.
  • 2-Day Shipping: This service offers delivery within 2-3 business days and costs $20.00 USD per order.
  • Overnight Next-Day Shipping: Enjoy next-business-day delivery with this service, priced at $30.00 USD per order.
  • Extended Air Service (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico): This is the exclusive delivery method for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery takes 2-3 business days, and the rate is $40.00 USD per order.

Order Processing Timeline

All orders placed after 10:30 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment.Important Note: Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping business days.

Service-Specific Delivery Rules

  • 2-Day Delivery: To qualify for 2-3 business-day delivery (excluding holidays and weekends), orders for 2-day shipping must be placed before 10:30 AM EST.
  • Overnight Delivery: Orders for overnight shipping placed before 10:30 AM EST will arrive the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
  • Extended Air Service: Delivery occurs within approximately 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends) for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Restrictions & Guidelines

  • A valid shipping address is required for all orders. You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
  • susanamonacoshop provides free standard ground shipping to all United States destinations for eligible orders (see free delivery terms below). Most orders are shipped via common carriers such as UPS.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Additional Notes

susanamonacoshop strives to ensure timely processing and delivery of all orders. Delivery dates for express shipping options are provided by the carrier. Please be advised that disruptions due to extreme weather or unforeseen issues may cause delivery delays. We do not offer refunds for delayed express shipping.
